STEP 1
Cut/purchase a 3/4 inch
thick piece of plywood to a 4 foot by 4 foot square.

Draw an “X’ from corner to
corner on the plywood. |

Draw a circle that is nearly 48 inches
in diameter. The because

To make the circle, start by hammering in a nail about 1/4” into
the center of the “X” on the board. then get a string with a loop
on each end. Place one end of the string around the nail. Put the marker in
the other end of the string -through the loop.

STEP 4
Cut out the circle with a saber or scroll
saw. |

STEP 5
Sand the top and bottom edges of the
disk round. It you have a router, use it to round the edges. Clean
the saw dust off the dust. |

STEP 6
Wrap duct tape around the edge of the
disk. Make sure it overlaps the top and bottom of the disk. the tape
will cover any remaining rough edges. |
